The cozy King Room made our stay enjoyable, but those church bells were a bit much.

dog-friendly atmosphere, welcoming hosts, convenient car parking voucher

The entrance is obstructed by a table!!! It would be helpful for the staff to monitor their emails more consistently regarding arrival times!!! Bubbles for the bath would have been nice too!!!

The huge bathroom was such a delight! Cozy atmosphere & homemade cakes were amazing. A little squeeze at the entrance, but didn’t spoil our stay. Can't wait to come back! 🍰

    delicious breakfast
    stunning views
    charming host
    communication hiccup
    arrival stress

The local dining scene was a treat! We stumbled upon delicious breakfasts and even made friends with the charming host who shared insider tips on the best spots. The stunning views from our King Room made our mornings even sweeter, especially while sipping on a hot coffee!

A bit of a cheeky hiccup occurred when we arrived—an unexpected call wondering where we were, despite having notified them. Everything else felt right at home!

    rude service
    unresponsive management

arriving late was met with a rather rude call, clearly they don't check their emails—how quaint! I also wished for a shower instead of that awful bath, but I'm sure they think it’s charming. a complimentary gesture would have been lovely, but alas, I just couldn’t with such poor treatment.

    friendly service
    good value

It was just a suitable option for a brief stop-in in Kettlewell with incredible value for money. Enjoyed a delightful latte and caramel slice, both generously portioned. Bring earplugs if you’re light sleeper due to church bells chiming.

    limited outdoor play area

We had a fantastic escape in Kettlewell, perfect for our family hiking adventures. The kids loved the cozy atmosphere at the B&B, and the scrumptious breakfast was undoubtedly a highlight. Michael, the host, made us feel right at home, just like the locals!

My kids wished for more outdoor play space.

    spacious bathroom
    delicious breakfast
    church bells
    check-in communication
    lack of outdoor play area

Outstanding experience with a warm, homely atmosphere, where the hosts made every effort to ensure comfort. The spacious bathroom was a real treat after outdoor excursions, complemented by a delicious breakfast featuring fresh fruit and local produce. the church bells chimed throughout the night, and a better procedural communication regarding check-in would enhance the overall experience.

    communication issue

Had a great time staying here with friends! Enjoyed long walks on the dales and relaxing afternoons. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options. The owners were super friendly and accommodating, making sure we felt right at home. Don't miss the scones. they're fantastic!

Unfortunately, there was a bit of a communication hiccup when we arrived. It would’ve been better if the staff were more responsive about our arrival time.
